Interviewer instructions
This section is designed to provide an assessment of the impact on the poor of social protection programs. It will therefore provide feedback on the extent to which the current social protection programs are in fact pro-poor.

All social protection activities of the government are listed here, a list of 23 programs are listed. In the case of some individuals they benefits from employment programs of the government. In other cases it may be a poor or old age relief programme. For each person determine whether or not the individual participated in such a government program. If the person does not participate in any government program select option 23 at Q3A. Otherwise record the response. After you do that the roster will open up and allow you to enter the salary received or the value of the benefit received, the date when the benefit started and the time period covered. NOTE: the exact date is not necessary the month will suffice in this case record the date as 01 the first day of the month followed by the rest of the date information.
